Q: What areas do you serve? A: All of Chilliwack (Sardis, Vedder, Promontory, Yarrow, Greendale, Rosedale, Ryder Lake), Cultus Lake, Agassiz, Harrison Hot Springs, Hope, and parts of Mission/Abbotsford. If your postal code starts with V2R, V2P, or V4Z — we’re coming!

Q: Are you licensed and insured? A: Yes — fully licensed with the City of Chilliwack, $2 million liability insurance, and full WorkSafeBC coverage.

Q: When can you pick up my junk? A: 7 days a week, 7 AM – 7 PM (including weekends). Same-day and next-day service almost always available.

Junk Removal Service (We Load It For You)

Q: What kind of junk do you take? A: Pretty much everything:

  • Furniture, mattresses, appliances (fridges & freezers OK — no extra charge)

  • Renovation debris, drywall, flooring, roofing

  • Yard waste, brush, branches, dirt, concrete

  • Hot tubs, pianos, sheds, play structures

  • Estate cleanouts, hoarding jobs, foreclosure/eviction cleanouts

  • Garage, basement, attic, crawlspace cleanups

Q: What can’t you take? A: Hazardous materials only — paint, chemicals, oil, asbestos, propane tanks, and large amounts of tires.

Q: How does pricing work? A: Simple volume-based pricing — you only pay for the space your stuff takes in our F550 dump truck:

  • Minimum load (⅛ truck) – starting at $129

  • ¼ truck – $199

  • ½ truck – $349

  • ¾ truck – $499

  • Full truckload – $649 Firm price given on-site (or by text photos) before we start. No surprises.

Q: Do I have to be home? A: Nope! If the junk is outside or in an unlocked garage/shed and you’ve already approved the quote, we can do the whole job while you’re at work.

Q: Do you recycle and donate? A: Yes — 70%+ of every load gets recycled or donated. Metals, appliances, electronics, and good-condition furniture go to local charities or recycling depots in Chilliwack/Abbotsford. We’ll give you a donation receipt when possible.

Apartment & Strata Doorstep Trash Valet

Q: Do you offer trash valet service in Chilliwack apartments and condos? A: Absolutely — Residents put bagged trash & recycling outside their door during scheduled times; we collect at a designated time and take it to the compactor.

Q: How much is valet service for residents? A: $24–$28/month (billed on the rent ledger). No contract — cancel anytime.
